Mobiel.nl provides two years of statutory warranty. Phones normally have 24 months of manufacturer warranty from the original invoice date. User-caused, impact, pressure and water damage, and unauthorised third-party repairs, are excluded.

Mobiel.nl gives phones and accessories a 31-day return period after receipt. Products should be returned undamaged and complete, with supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging. Subscription agreements have a separate 14-day cooling-off period.
