Refurb Phone says refurbished devices are functionally tested and graded by their cosmetic condition. Very Good and Like New devices are checked with M360 Diagnostics, with more than 70 checkpoints stated for Like New devices. Refurbished grades come in generic packaging with a charging cable.

Phones and tablets generally include a 24-month warranty unless stated otherwise. Returns require an RMA number.
Returns
Orders can be cancelled within 14 calendar days after receipt, followed by another 14 days to return the product. A return requires an RMA number, and the item must be returned in the same, undamaged condition. Delivery damage should be reported within 24 hours.
